I like the price. It is much cheaper than the price for the hotels within the city centre. Also, the price is relatively stable so I can book the room with the same price in any days.

We got a higher floor no smoking room with Nice view of sun rise - facing east. Excellent choice of breakfast, plus buffet! I ordered sashimi set which out of my expectations was really good. I stayed for 2 nights, simply repeated my choice of breakfast for the next day. same to my husband, he repeatedly ordered for fillet steak breakfast. Lounge service, choice of bath salt & pillows are great!

This is a typical Toyoko Inn. In other words, it's a really great hotel. I haven't stayed anywhere better in a couple of weeks touring. If I'm lucky enough to come to Japan again I'll be staying in Toyoko Inns. Great breakfast included. Always has parking, sometimes included, sometimes $5 au per day. Here it was in a multi storey machine that lifts and stores the car until you need it. Convenience store across the road. For me, if it's available, the Queen room is worth the extra for a couple for more than one night.

The location is excellent, with a large supermarket right...

The location is excellent, with a large supermarket right next to the property. Although it's near the railway tracks, it's not noisy at all. The overall space is large, with a refrigerator, washer and dryer, and toiletries and other small items are provided; however, the facilities are too old, especially the stove, toilet, and cabinets in the kitchen, which feel like products from the last century. The toilet is fairly clean, but the flushing system is really outdated, and it took us some time to figure out how to use it. The stove and cabinets weren't clean enough, so we decided to abandon using them. The floor is newly laid, with a new thin rug on it. The thin rug is slippery on the wooden floor and can cause falls; I suggest replacing it with a thicker rug or removing the rug altogether. I don't know if it's the smell of the old house or the mattress, but there was a strange and uncomfortable smell as soon as we entered the room. We opened the windows for several hours and even opened the front door for more than 10 minutes to let the air circulate, but the smell was still there.
