It's a sentral hotell close to everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful, and the view from the 11th and 12th floor was amazing. You could see all of Wakayama city.

Very good location and clean nice rooms. We were very happy with the breakfast and the nice staff. If you are going to visit Wakayama Castle which is next to the hotel, we recommend this hotel. It is also easy to walk around Wakayama from the hotel.

Great location, near station and incredible pizza place. Got free ramen and the breakfast was great and cheap price. Staff very helpful and sent off our suitcases for us. Room was very clean but room was a little small, but did have a lot of stuff

Really good hotel just outside of the main train station of wakayama. The location is perfect conected to the train station and there are lot of atores and reataurants very nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel looks so new even it’s built in 2008. The bed is by far the best during my whole Japan trip, so I had a good sleep there. Complimentary breakfast starts at 6:30 am, simple and yummy. Staff are professional and efficient in handling all requests. 🤩

    Theres was not any people around.

    Theres was not any people around. Several shops were closed. it was helpful that the hotel staff assisted us calling a taxi but otherwise it was its quite a challenge to call a taxi & converse with a Japanese dispatch staff.
