The hotel was beautiful and the staff so efficient. The room was an excellent size, tastefully furnished and the bed was the most comfortable of the whole trip. Being on top of a shopping mall was a bonus! Also I love the train station proximity. We caught the trams to the castle and city centre, which was easy.

The stay in this hotel was extremely pleasant. There are lot of amenities offered for free, the rooms look very nice, everything is clean and the price is unbeatable. A fantastic modern hotel right in the heart of Kumamoto city. Next to a main tram terminal, mirroring/built into the main shopping street and a stone throw away from Kumamoto castle, it's neighbouring museums and Kumamon square. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful in fluent English, the breakfasts were restaurant quality, the balcony view was fantastic for watching the heart of Kumamoto go by, day, evening and night, and the rooms themselves were cozy, well equipped and blended traditional looks and feels with modern amenities and furnishings. A wonderful stay in a wonderful city. Thank you so much.

It was a perfect hotel in every way. The room was spacious enough, and it had a bathtub. The staff were incredibly helpful. The walk from the tram station was much closer than I expected, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops right next door. It’s an excellent choice for staying in the city center. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kumamoto. Highly recommended!
