To be honest, I was a little weary of this place since the reviews all stated it was a former love hotel and I was traveling with my family of 5. The price and the location convinced me to give it a try and I am glad I did. The room was huge and had plenty of space for us all. The Disney themed bathroom was a cute touch. It was a short walk to a 7/11 and some restaurants, which was very helpful. I can recommend this place as safe and clean for families!

The hotel is just beautiful and loved the facilities. The onsen is just great! I love how convenient the location is, as tge train station is just down the hotel, and there are also restaurants and a supermarket on the ground floor. The breakfast was also good.

I had a fantastic view of Wakayama castle! Service was great too. I needed to have a parcel delivered to the hotel before my arrival and they were very helpful with that! I'd love to stay again and enjoy the view once more.

The onsen and it's facilities were fantastic. We all left feeling very relaxed. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.
