This is my third time staying at this hotel, and has been my go-to stay for early morning flights from Narita. The shuttle bus between the hotel and train station and the hotel and airport is just so convenient. Rooms are big and spacious by Japan’s standard, allowing us to properly open and repack our luggage. Bathroom is also spacious. Worth the money paid.

Room was big and comfortable. Public bath was great, had the whole place to myself. Kaiseki dinner was outstanding.

The shuttle bus is extremely helpful as it works efficiently from and to Narita Airport for my morning flight to Taipei, Republic of China. The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.
