It has a nice view of the pond at the back. Nice place to enjoy the cold weather. The place itself is nice and spacious. It has everything. The utensils seem very expensive, thereby showing that it values its guests. The receptionist, though not English-speaking, was kind enough to assist us with our needs. 900 meters more or less from the station and less than a kilometer from the outlet.

everything is beyond perfect！ the location is very convenient and very quiet during the night 🌙 . The whole environment is lovely like fairytale. Not to mention the awesome service and dedication of the staff. Thanks to the reception staff（also certified sake master） who served us from check in to checkout showed great service. the breakfast is super delicious and more than we could expected. Excellent,! We really like this hotel as the room was much bigger after staying in Tokyo. Nice quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk from Karuizawa Station (7 mins walk). We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was more than sufficient. The hotel has shuttle to the Karuizawa train station and the ski centre but we walked everyday. Our room faced the front of the hotel and we were lucky - we experienced our first snow fall! even though we have seen lots of snow before but not a heavy snowfall. It was wonderful to see the change in landscape - to a white winter wonderland! Karuizawa is nice - it is slower paced and not crazily crowded. We made daytrips to Yuzawa, Kogen Church etc. There is a premium outlet beside the train station, a Lawson outlet just behind the hotel - so convenient. Buses, taxis, lockers are all located near the train station (walking distance)
