We had a wonderful experience, location is great, the hotel has beautiful design. We stayed in a doubleroom. The bed was comfortable, room had complimentary drinks, I loved the bathroom amenities . Highly recommended for a stay!

The best hotel we stayed in in Japan. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious and it was clean. The public bath is really nice. The design of the room and the hotel is also nice. The coin laundry is convenient.

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa for two nights and was genuinely impressed with every aspect of my experience. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — it’s centrally located, within comfortable walking distance to most of Kanazawa’s key attractions, yet pleasantly quiet and peaceful. This balance between accessibility and tranquility is hard to find and definitely adds to the overall quality of the stay. One thing I really appreciated was the amenities desk in the lobby area. It was stocked with a wide variety of daily-use items such as combs, razors, cotton pads, hair ties, and more. This thoughtful detail shows how much the hotel considers guests’ comfort and convenience, especially for travelers who might forget or run out of these small essentials. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was surprisingly spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. What stood out the most were the in-room facilities: a washer-dryer combo, a unique-style clothes iron, a shoe dryer, and even an air purification/ventilation unit. These features are rarely found even in higher-end hotels and are especially valuable for longer stays or during humid seasons. Another highlight was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. They always greeted us with a smile, frequently checked if we needed anything, and responded quickly and helpfully to all our inquiries. Their hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the hotel provides a smoking room for those who need it and offers complimentary coffee, which is a lovely bonus — especially when you’re heading out in the morning or returning from a long day of sightseeing. All in all, Tokyu Stay Kanazawa offered a seamless, comfortable, and guest-focused stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kanazawa, whether for a short city break or a longer trip.

The room was beautiful, clean and a lovely size for two. The bathroom had good shampoo and conditioner. You can get amenities from the lobby such as bath salts and cotton pads. We’re staying in Forza every time we travel in Japan, so highly recommend!

The Kaname Inn exceeded our expectations in every aspect, the hotel is very modern und extremely spacious for Japanese conditions. The hotel has the coolest bar with a DJ playing old records and a variety of long drinks and cocktails. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel even has a small roof top terrace. We would definitely come again and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

I had a very enjoyable night at Hotel Pacific, the vibe was so comfortable, and the staff especially Yurika san was really helpful and so kind to the guests. Her excellent english made communication effortless. Definitely would recommend this hotel for its welcoming vibe and attentive service.
