The location was perfect for us as we visited the Shaun the Sheep farm before check-in—it made the journey super convenient. The room was very beautiful & modern looking with lots of amenities. Staff was very friendly and showed us around the property and explained to us everything we needed to know. The beautiful garden near the reception was freely accessible with a place for small fireworks. The surrounding area was very peaceful in the evening but lively and full of interesting shops and restaurants during the day.

Stayed there for a week but I feel like I can stay here forever. Firstly l, the staff is so polite and even though he couldn’t speak English he used a translator. The instructions are so well prepared so we can follow it to use the rice cooker and washing machine/dryer. The staff is very nice and moved us downstairs halfway through our stay so we stayed at both levels and it’s very clean. Level 2 is tatami room and it feels so nice to just laze around. Level 1 is wooden floor and feels bigger. Both levels are nice. We drove, so location is ok. Driving to everywhere around town takes about only 5-10 mins. If you have baby, they will prepare the crib / bed and special bin with wet wipe for your baby.
