I went there for a concert, so the hotel was very busy. However, the staffs were very effective, it was fast to check in your bag. There even an instruction how to get to the concert venue.

just opposite to train station, convenient stores and restaurants are around there. The Onsen is good and open 15:00- 10:00 (next morning), there are massage chairs and Japanese comics free of charge at rest area. Room size is big with reasonable price.
