This place was AMAZING!!! Staff was soooo nice. They held our luggage while we went to a concert next door and answered all of our questions with excellent customer service. Will be back!

The hotel is still very new, super clean, large rooms by Japan standards, especially the bathroom, amazing view. Nice being able to control the lights from the bed. Aircon was really good. Plenty of power outlets and USB outlets. Very fast wifi. All of the staff were lovely. Location was great on the quieter side of Omiya. It was only a 5 minute walk to Omiya station.
