Spacious room, with a nice view of Mt Fuji (lucky the weather was good). Food (both in room dining and breakfast) was well-prepared and tastes very nice, and the price was reasonable too. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and provided efficient service! Lastly, a great place to stay for car fans!!

The best hotel I have ever been to. Japanese hotels are always next level compared to ours in Europe, but this one was simply amazing. The only thing that might seem strange at first is the breakfast, not everything there was delicious. But that's my personal preference, so I didn't lower the ratings for that.

The owner is super nice, he helped us a lot, he is always willing to help. He helped us to bring our luggage to the bus station. The onsen is small but nice. The hotel is clean and nice equipped. It is not in the centre so not so many of tourists and we find it good to enjoy our stay.

I live this location...super near to Bus Station and Tourist Information Office... there is a several bar n resto in front of the hotel.. very nice Vibe.. i definetely will come back to stay at this hotel Again. From the architecture of the hotel to the food we ate everything was absolutely perfect. The room (604) was spectacular, and the rotenburo on the terrasse was exceptional. The view of Fujisan was breathtaking. A must do if you want to have an unforgettable experience in Japan.

Room jacuzzi is clean, huuuuuge room, big screen smart tv, was given an upgrade for ~¥240 for an unbelievably value for money room, accessible parking, water dispenser in the room, view of mt.
