Driving by car, hotel n attractions are easy to access. But if no car, tough getting to and from hotel. Meals with selection of food in 2 separate rooms are not as convenient as in 1 room. Generally all service staff are courteous n pleasant. But we met a male staff at checkout who showed irritation when we wanted to pay tax by credit card instead of cash. It is even more obvious as until then we were treated pleasantly. Makes me wonder if the pleasantness are just a put on front n not from the heart.

Stayed in this hotel end of July 2024. Good location ..just right Infront of JR station and next to Shari bus station, which provided services to Utoro, five lakes , etc.This is my priority stay in Shari for the Neputa parade. Facilities is good , there is a footbath in front of hotel, good place to relax with some refreshments. Will stay here again next time in winter.

Service was very good. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms have a wonderful view of the sea where you can catch the sunset. The hotel is a contemporary take on a Japanese Ryokan. Food was interesting and enjoyable. Onsen was clean well maintained.

Run by a group of young people, full of good vibes. The hotel restaurant serves good food for reasonable prices. Everyone was ready to help. For a small hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back.
