Absolutely gorgeous, with a short walk to lake Suwa on your doorstep! The facilities and staff was 10/10 and we couldn’t have been more happier Which a spacious place with lots of room for luggage and plenty of amenities for cooking to have a break from eating out all of the time, there’s a 7/11 about a 5 minute walk to grab supplies and the staff there was so friendly, there’s a Denny’s and McDonalds too on the basically the same road if you did want to grab some food along with a Daiso so you’re pretty much set, even though there’s not much around it’s so nice to take a break away from the cities Everything you could need is here from a washing machine all the way to futons to have that traditional feel! Staff was so helpful in answering all my questions and their customer service was very good I wish we could have stayed longer here, value for money for the location and all you get include it is so worth it Would highly recommend here and I will come back!

I had a great time at the Route-Inn! It was kind of like my two spa days with the Onsen that can be used, calming Suwa and the great breakfast that was prepared for me. The breakfast buffet was huge and had Western as well as Japanese dishes to choose from. I can really recommend. The room was also comfortable and staying only in hostels the nights before it felt like a dream. The WiFi was also fast. I will definitivetly come back!

The hotel is really close to the lake and perfectly in the middle of the north and south side, which makes it easy to reach both sides very fast. Very comfortable and a lot of value for money. Definitely the hotel of choice when I come to Suwa again.
