This was a very positive experience. The room (end of the corridor) was plenty big enough for the two of us, allowing us to pack the three suitcases we had before sending them to the airport. Laundry facilities were clever, as you could see on your TV when a machine was available. Cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful - one day we asked for extra water as we were thirsty, and the lady remembered the following day as well. Reception team were professional but still friendly - you always get a better vibe in Tohoku in comparison to Kanto, in my opinion. Also, there was a microwave available near our room, which enabled us to cook proper meals when we weren't eating out. The bathroom was really nice, too - unusually spacious.

I stayed in one of the cleanest hotel the I ever stay. It's Japanese style hotel with very nice Onsen. The room was very comfortable, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious (the largest of our Japan trip by far, and shockingly also the cheapest!). The self check-in procedure was quick and easy. There was also a well-maintained coin laundry room. Location near Sendai station is super convenient. We were only there for a one-night stopover, but I would have gladly stayed for longer.

Great location for a few days in Sendai! The room was lovely with everything you needed - actually more spacious than other hotel chains we have stayed in in Japan. Lots of room and even desk with 2 chairs which was great for remote work.

Everything. The location, very close to Sendai's JR station, walking, the room, extremely good with a very comfy bed, the breakfast was excellent for me, the team, always very helpful, the amenities were great, they offered luggage storage, had curly irons and electrical brushes for the guests to use free of charge, were environmentally sustainable as much as possible, I loved it there.
