The host was excellent. She took time with us when we arrived and let us try on traditional Japanese outfit. In the evening she even took us into the city to a local market to get dinner. Extremely friendly and courteous host.

The design of the hotel and the rooms were very contemporary and sleek. The hotel occupies the top floors of the highrise so the views from the room was great. I was conveniently located at the train station. For a city hotel with an onsen was a treat.

It is a standard hotel. There are many amenities. Spacious room suitable for two people. Hotel near Sun Road Shin Shigai shopping arcade. and near the tram station. Including the SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto bus station. I recommend this hotel. If there is a chance to go back and stay again.
