I had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had great conversations, and she made me feel right at home. When I arrived, she even offered me food, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She asked if I wanted her to drive me to visit some places so we visited the one piece statues together! The hospitality was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and friendly experience. I would definitely stay here again

fantastic hotel in the centre of town, shopping mall and tram station around the corner. very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. we had corner rooms which were very clean, modern and spacious. we did not try the wellness options but most probably they were amazing too, considering that many other guests seemed to use them. food court and shopping mall at the station were amazing although shopping possible around the hotel as well.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the city and mins walk to the Kumamoto castle. The hotel has a parking lot. The room was tiny but okay. The hotel was very new and modern.
