The apartment is spacious for a family. Kitchen is a bonus. Beds are comfy. Owner is very friendly and offered us vegies and other stuffs. We love the city, enjoying our walk. The location is perfect with easy access to supermarket and bus stops. My kid love the coffee and macha making.

The hotel is easy to locate. Room is big and comfortable for our family of 4. It is clean and well equipped. Good value for money. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was sufficient and satisfactory, not to mention delicious.

Excellent staff! They were very friendly and welcoming, while also calm, we had a nice time chatting to them at the bar! Very comfy beds, beautiful old wooden building, tasty breakfast, relaxing bar with nice drinks, clean bathrooms, nice common areas Good location, while not being too noisy but close to restaurants It was quiet even though it's a hostel, since everyone kept quiet after 11 and outside there was very little traffic at night

Auberge Koyama is a delightful place, recreating the rustic charm and comfort of southern France on Kyushu. We had 2 wonderful nights which included delicious meals in the French style prepared with great skill and attention using local seasonal produce. The host and his mother offer gracious and generous hospitality and we felt welcome and cared for. We enjoyed their company immensely and would love to return. We highly recommend a stay here to others. Location is excellent if you have a car.

Superb service from the staff, especially Ms Yen and Ms Chabani Gopali and the chefs who made us two delicious dinners/breakfast the two nights we were there. Good onsen baths and good fun in the "walking" onsen and outdoor warm pools. Cabin was spacious and very comfortable. A big thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Loved our stay at Lodge Kiyokawa. Our kids loved sleeping in a treehouse and we all slept well. Facilities were clean and well maintained and staff were very friendly.

It's in a very quiet location surrounded by trees. The four couse dinner was very tasty with great presentations. After dinner, the host was kind enough to show us the stars from his observatory. It was a lifetime experience to see Jupiter and Saturn from the telescope. Breakfast was very nice as well. The hosts prepared for us earlier than usual by our request. We are very much appreciated!
