Everything! It was one of our best experience in a hotel in Japan. The room is bigger than normal sized hotel in the country. The staff is phenomenal. Location is right in front of the JR Toyama station. They have great amenities and the food was good. They even gave us free tram tickets! Everything was perfect.

Location is at center of the city, 1 km from train station & hotel situated opposite to toyama castle....I also visited to Snow corrider area Mt. Tateyama through alphine kurobe route from toyama train station......ana crowne plaza hotel is really good place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very big and there was a bathtub in the bathroom. The staff was very kind! Breakfast was quite good with a lot of options (for people who eat meat/fish). The location is great! It's very close to the train station.

If you’ve stayed in a APA before you just know the level of comfort you are getting. I sadly left something behind on our trip in Sapporo the staff helped me arrange for this to be sent to our next hotel and in true Japanese’s style it turned up as planned. Thank you again to the trainees on the desk who helped with this. Close to the train station 🚉 we also had a great view of the mountains.

The open bath and sauna are the best!!! Room size is quite big and bed is comfortable. The bathroom inside is also good!! The staff are nice and helping me a lot. (BTW, Wi-Fi is also good.)

    It was a wonderful experience for me since this is my first...

    It was a wonderful experience for me since this is my first time to snow mountain , the view at Tateyama Kogen Hotel was really stunning . When i checked in it was very foggy and the next morning i just couldn't believe my eyes the ALPS peak is just in front of my room window . It was so close to me . It's really beautiful with the sunrise . Since i went there early 1st May , i can only see the snow wall corridor and the beauty of Kurobe dam . The view is really pretty. oh if you are planning to drive to Ogizawa , don't worry there are plenty of car park but make sure you arrive early . We park our car at Shinano Omachi and took a bus there as afraid can't find parking due to Golden week holiday , I could have drive up there !
