The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. The hotel, staff, and onsen were all amazing. The hotel is located right next to the ski slope, and the breakfast had a massive variety. Onsen were clean and well maintained. Overall, it's an amazing hotel we will be back.
