Service was incredible. We had an issue, that the train was very delayed and we arrived after reception hours. We were able to contact the host and they waited for us. We even were offered snacks and drinks. The room had everything we needed. Thank you.

Excellent location. Close to the Narita airport. The hotel offers shuttle service every hour or so. The bed, room, etc. was super clean and comfortable. I did really like my stay in the hotel.

    Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

    The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

    It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

    I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

    Narita is far from the city but offers great view of the country side and an authentic traditional street leading to the beautiful temple and its surrounding garden. It has many great food around too!

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan. You can experience a little bit of the old Japan in the town of Narita station as well as the big shopping malls. Besides, you also experience the rice fields' green and sounds of frogs in the late spring, of course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the beginning of April, with getting green bamboo trees. I prefer to arrive in Japan at Narita than other Japanese international aiports.

    We had a wonderful stay at the International Garden Hotel in Narita. They service was great and the staff really friendly and helpful. We appreciated the good facilities that were available as we were travelling with children e.g. the laundry and 7 Eleven. There were a variety of different choices for breakfasts which suited all of our family. Having a shuttle to the airport was very helpful so that we could catch the train to different places around Tokyo.

    The shuttle bus is incredibly convenient both to get there and get to the airport. Having a mini convenience store in the hotel is also a great idea and very convenient! I tried out the gym in the morning and it wasn't very crowded and has your standard machines; it's definitely enough for a hotel gym. For those with early flights I would highly reccomend the hotel to avoid the Tokyo-Narita journey in the mornings.

    The staff was friendly, the breakfast was not spectacular but tasty. The rooms are small, simple (almost spartan) and clean; good value for money if one just wants to stay a night close by the airport. The shuttle service to Narita Airport was working smoothly and arrived at the designated time (it services all terminals). In order to explore the city of Tokyo, this hotel is probably a bit far off.

    Very good location near Tokyo Narita Intl, easy to reach from Tokyo Station and easy to get to the airport for earlier flights with the shuttle organized by the hotel. Very practical check-in and check-out, good and abundant (Japanese) breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly book again when flying to or from Tokyo Narita Intl.

    Well located close to Narita Airport and with a shuttle bus schedule that runs every 30 min. Was clean and wifi worked well. Certainly serves its purpose as an airport hotel given it is convenient. Requested extra pillows and these were provided in the room before check in.
