The hostel was fantastic. We rented a tatami room, which was spotless, very comfortable and with a really nice view. The onsen was amazing, we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, there were snacks, eggs to boil in the onsens in town and all cooking and serving tools to eat them afterwards. The bathrooms were incredibly clean. This was our favourite stay along the Kumano Kodo, despite being the cheapest.

Apartment was fully equipped with everything we could want or need. It was clean, comfy and roomy. Large shower area and bedroom. Wonderful host, was very kind, welcoming and helpful. A fantastic experience that I would recommend for anyone!
