Easy self-check-in/check-out. Room, bathroom and everything is clean. Provided bathroom and kitchen amenities and kitchenware, slippers, even pajamas. Very convenient for travellers. With the bunk bed, good for family with kids. Walking distance to Kokusai-dori, the main street for tourists. Although it does not provide parking, there are a few parking lots near the hotel with a cost, very convenient. Also, a convenient store is just across the road.

My check-in experience was fine, but it needed some time. Hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms looked same as the pictures showed. Room and bed are both big enough for 2, we slept well. There's everything we need in the hotel. FamilyMart is 1 minute away, 國際通 is 15 minutes away on foot, and there's a parking lot on the opposite(¥700/12h), so the location is nice.

Our highest recommendation in ALL regards! The brand new feeling of quality, the location with walking distance to shops and restaurants, the wonderful amenities in rooms and club lounge, but above all that the staff are the most impressive we have met from all our travels around the world! Our young daughter by accident left her cell phone in the taxi on our way to the airport from the hotel. Not only did the hotel staff call the taxi company and located the phone and had it brought there, one of the staff then took a motorbike to the airport to hand deliver it to us so we could still make our flight in time and refused to accept anything for their troubles. The hospitality and kindness of this hotel will forever stay in our hearts, trust us that you will be happy to stay there you too!!

We had a great stay at The Collective. We wished to extend our stay for +2days however the hotel was already fully booked. The staff were great and helped us to extend our car rental. The room was very comfy, the location super convenient and the breakfast superb.

Our room was beautiful and huge with views of both the ocean and Naha Airport, the double glass doors did an impressive job of blocking out all sound from the nearby Naha Airport, which was a real benefit for a good night sleep. The hotel offers free open-air parking directly beside it, and it's just a short walk to "Umikaji Terrace" where we had dinner and the famous pan-cake. We also enjoyed the complimentary flow of alcoholic drinks in the evening, all while overlooking the pool and watching planes take off and land. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor hot spring pool. We were also very grateful that the staff kindly arranged for us to pick up our breakfast boxes slightly earlier to accommodate our early morning flight, thank you so much!

Bad check in experience. Took so long.

Bad check in experience. Took so long. I didn’t know we got a room on the ground floor. At first we thought it’s going to be a bit noisy because the only ground floor room is right by the elevator. But it was quieter. Good price. Great location.
