Everything was simply perfect. The room, including the bathroom were so big and absolutely beautiful. Service was extraordinary, especially when we checked in. Loved the shuttle bus to Kanazawa station that they offered. Very helpful.

The hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The attention to detail by housekeeping was unbelievable. They replaced amenities, added Nespresso pods, tea, slippers, pajamas and towels. Could not reccomend this hotel enough! We had a super comfortable bed in a spacious room (the biggest we had in our Japan trip), the hotel is beautifully designed with a cool vinyl bar at the entrance. But the staff was the most amazing part of our stay: they gave us lot of advices on the best areas to explore, restaurant reccomendations and helped us with reservation and more. Don’t miss out on their Google Maps lists as well! Would definitely go back!

great location, about 15min walking from Kanazawa Station and pretty close to many attractions. in about 30min you will arrive reach pretty much all the main spots.lots of nice restaurants around, and the fish market just round the corner. I was in a single room, and the room was way bigger than I was expecting. super clean, everything I needed, a working desk and a fast wifi (I was uploading heavy files for work with no troubles). The staff is super nice and friendly, not all of them speak English but they will help you out if you need anything.Especially one girl at the reception was extremely nice. One day I was sick in my room and also the cleaning staff was super nice.
