We stayed at the Safiya for two nights which passed way too quickly. The room was clean, cool and it had everything we needed including TV and AC. The staff was super nice and helpful, thanks to them we found some amazing hidden gems in the area. Breakfast at the hotel is yummy and one night we also had dinner at their restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The hotel is nicely calm, we slept very well and the beach can be reached by foot in only 5 min.

This place made our four-day family holiday in Diani memorable. The pictures and description on booking.com don't do justice to Seaclusion. We came expecting a sort of serviced apartment in a small private condo with limited privacy. What we found is closer a welcoming family B&B in a giant Hollywood villa. We had booked the suite on the top floor. Expected your usual two-room deal, found a place twice the size of our house. It's so large that it took me two minutes to shoot a souvenir video of it and even though we stayed four days I haven't been able to sit on all the armchairs and sofas or even get close to the jacuzzi. I'm sure there are still more rooms or areas that I haven't found. Bathroom is huge and beautiful, and supplied with high quality shampoo and body wash (not the usual dodgy goo found in hotels). The ground level is a large, beautifully furnished living room, serving as reception, common area, lounge and restaurant, facing two large pools (a small one for children and a larger one). The atmosphere there was incredibly friendly and relaxing and I wouldn't have minded just spending my days there had I stayed for longer. All the staff and management are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've met, going the extra mile to make sure we have a great holiday, giving us great tips, contacts and recommendations.

The Place is beautiful, very comfortable and perfect to relax after a day at the beach. Pool and breakfast excellent. Although it's 10 mins away from the beach, the beach in this part is the best. Wide and clean, no many people around.

Perfect.

Perfect. I wrote a previous outstanding review but Booking.com only posted my two comments from “suggested improvements”, which were inconsequential but gave a negative impression. The property was lovely, steps from an amazing white sandy beach fringed with coconut palms. I loved lolling on the comfy cushions on the roof terrace in the evenings. Cecilia who looked after us was amazing and a great cook. Her fish curries were to die for. The bed was comfy and the mosquito nets a great asset. The community pool was well maintained with a fabulous on site masseuse, Habiba. Amazing relaxing vacation would highly recommend.

Mostly private resorts however not far from Diani and...

Mostly private resorts however not far from Diani and accessible from Mombasa. The Likoni Ferry (which is the only way from Mombasa Island to the south) can take some time to cross- we took almost three hours when we first arrived.

You will need a mosquito repellet especially in the evenings...

You will need a mosquito repellet especially in the evenings. Fortunately, there was one in the house we could use when we first got there before we could purchase one! Thanks to the host! You need to pre-arrage your movement from Tiwi to wherever you want to go as there is no public transport nearby. The host however had contacts for a reliable driver that was very helpful!

A very exclusive part of the south coast strip quite within the interior though with not much access to alot of accessible points but great as a destination for relaxation, rejuvenation and family vacation.
