We had booked three nights to stay at Ratanakiri Paradise Hotel and Restaurant and we stayed for seven .. I think that says it all! It is a little bit of paradise with an owner who is very warm, welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure her guests have the most enjoyable stay. The accommodation has AC, the rooms are clean and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom, a hot shower and bathrobes; the rooms have all the facilities you really need. The staff are very attentive and the chef cooks excellent meals from a varied menu. The portions are extremely generous and you certainly wont go hungry. The hotel is situated off the beaten track and the road can be a little challenging, but it’s worth the journey as the views and the gardens are beautiful, tranquil and away from the maddening bustle of a city. It isn’t far from the city and a number of waterfalls .. we filled our days and evenings with a mixture of chilling at the resort and exploring, so it is a perfect location for all your needs. It is extremely good value for money and we would recommend you stay here if you are in this area of Cambodia.

The home stay was a tidy area, beautiful garden, relaxing and welcoming. The hammock on the balcony was shaded, the home cooked menu was tasty and you can fill up your water bottle. The owner was helpful, accommodating, went on the 2 day jungle trek, a great experience and slept under the stars in a hammock.

Dinners are usually held according to the wishes of tourists. after a wonderful dinner, delicious exotic fruits are served accompanied by conversation. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in shout east Asia! All the family is super caring and welcoming, family dinner for 2,50$! Plenty of food and delicious! The place it’s really cousy, can rent scooters, book buses to the main spots in Cambodia, etc. Did the 3 day trekking in the jungle, definitely one of the highlights of my trip! Really well organised and easy tough!

The owner is very available for its guest, we even have drinks with him and great talks and tips, learn about cambodian culture, and live with a cambodian family. The place is amazing and quiet. Very large rooms. common areas are amazing to relax and talks with other guests. The vibe there is super chill and you’ll meet great people for sure. The price is unbeatable for the quality of this guesthouse. The food is also amazing for a very good price. Same for scooters. Also perfect if you want to go trekking, the owner will take care of everything. Don’t look elsewhere if you want to come in Ban lung!

The family was very friendly and helpful. The host can speak english very well and told us a lot about cambodian culture and helps us with every question. The bungalow was big and clean and offered a nice view above the green garden. We did a 1 day jungle tour with the host and this was also great experience. We loved staying here.
