I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Won Majestic Hotel in Cambodia, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Jower and the entire staff. Mr. Jower's attentiveness and kindness truly made my experience memorable. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that all my needs were met, his dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the amenities, including the wellness facilities, exceeded my expectations. It was a delight to unwind and rejuvenate in such a tranquil environment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings at the hotel. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. From traditional Cambodian dishes to international cuisine, there was something to satisfy every palate. Overall, my experience at the Won Majestic Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. The receptionist arranged for us our return to Pnom Pehn, upon our request, with a much better price than the one we paid to go from Pnom Pehn to Sihanoukville plus we got a room upgrade which was very nice. Breakfast was very good, the pool very clean and the massage we had at the hotel premises very good. We also had dinner which was reasonable priced and very tasty. The room was very good with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also arranged to be driven, by its own car, to the pier to leave for the island Krog Rong. Excellent service 👏

We had an incredible stay at Jati Resort, Koh Russey. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic and the private lounge and boat transfer made getting there feel seamless. The resort is colourful, funky and intimate, with a unique style that feels both luxurious and laid-back. Our room was beautiful with super comfortable beds, soft towels and a stunning bathroom. A big thank you to Bora, Eal and Kunthy who were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All of the staff were lovely and their English was really impressive. There’s plenty to do around the resort and we loved how easygoing and welcoming everything felt.

The best hotel with the best manager and staff and immediate service from the staff. They will inform you about everything, arrange taxi tours and everything you need. Great breakfast with a wide variety of products. Very nice pool where the sun sees it all day. The hotel is in the center and within walking distance and you can walk all over the city. In the hotel and in the rooms there peace and quiet without noise. The room's bathroom and shower is always clean and easy to use. I highly recommend this hotel for your staying in SIHANOUKVILLE

this was probably one of the nicest hotels i’ve ever stayed in, it was super clean, it had youtube so we could watch some stuff on tv as we were only there for a night , the pillows and bed were so comfy, they had snacks you could also buy in the room. 10/10 room
