There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places to linger more. We had a great all day tour through Jeju Namyang Travel with Mr. Kang as our guide. He took us all over the area. He was friendly and informative and made sure to take lots of pictures of us. Note that Jeju has two main cities: Jeju City (10 mins from the airport) and Seogwipo (where this hotel is). Without a VPN to check maps, I only saw the "23 km" straight-line distance and assumed a 30-minute trip—but it actually takes an hour by taxi.
