The host of Etalon was the best host we ever had. He picked us up for a fee at the railway station, he drove us for a fee to Charyn Canyon and dropped us off at our next apartment. He was superfriendly, kind and made us feel like a friend of the family instead of a paying customer. He also arranged a wonderful horseride with his daughter, she's a guide. We liked playing pingpong, the outside shower. He made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

A lovely little oasis and we were fortunate to be given a free room upgrade so we were very grateful for this. One staff member in particular was lovely and spoke English, he was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were ok. We loved the garden space and the room was spacious and comfy. They prepared a lovely meal for us and some nice tea as well. They were kind and gracious hosts.

Great location, short walk from the the metro line and most places of interest. Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, clean rooms, very helpful staff. Luggage storage is a big bonus if you arrive (depart) early (late). I would definitely come again!

I went to Qazaq Auyl during the winter on end of Dec. The hotel staff was very helpful and let us to drop our bag first before checking in. The provide shuttle service to the cable car. The view here is absolutely stunning. You can only know by experience it. Highly recommended
