We had an amazing experience at hotel Luxor. The location was perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would like to give a special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Eli, for his availability and attentiveness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was always there to assist and made us feel at home during our time in Lebanon. One particular moment that stood out was when we left a bag in an Uber on our way back to the hotel. Unfortunately, Uber's customer service couldn't reach the driver, but Mr. Eli took it upon himself to help. He shared the photo of the driver with other Uber drivers he knew, and thanks to his efforts, we were able to locate the driver who kindly returned the forgotten bag to us. This level of dedication to customer service is rare and made a significant difference in our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luxor for anyone visiting Lebanon — it's a place where you feel taken care of from start to finish!
