I had a wonderful stay at Royal Lion in Galagadara. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with stunning mountain views that make your stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious — freshly prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Kandy area who wants a calm and cozy experience with great hospitality!

When booking this Hotel I thought it looked nice, but that just do not do it justice. The welcome was perfect with an intro massage whilst checking in. The views from the reception are absolutely stunning set in an idyllic location. The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was exceptional with an in nature feel about it being so well positioned and overlooking the nature park. The only noises to hear were nature itself. Wonderful choices for food and drinks both local and international.

Bhathiya and Suzy are just exceptional hosts. The property is spectacular and so tastefully decorated. There are so many nooks and crannies and you get a great view wherever you look. The food is out of this world and the dining spot is a massive feature along with the pool area. It is well located to get around Kandy and I would recommend this to anyone passing through! Thanks for putting us up, an absolutely wonderful experience!

The cleanest accommodation and the best exceptional breakfast (gastro experience;) that I have experienced so far in Sri Lanka, from the first moment I set foot here I felt excellent, I had a great sleep here and in the morning beautiful views from the terrace of the surrounding mountains, warm water in the bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff made my stay pleasant and we had a good chat, I enjoyed a coffee on the roof top with a beautiful view, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for feeling like in a beautiful dream ;)
