It is a really comfortable and well-equipped house in the jungle with singing birds outside, not so far from the road. It's cool and chill place with comfortable bed and pillows. The owner is very kind man, his sister is the best! They delivered us local food from the restaurant and we didn't have to go out, so nice! They did their best for our good rest! Thank you!

We made a last-minute booking and were lucky to get the Sky Villa – a true gem and hidden treasure! The view was absolutely breathtaking, with a private jacuzzi pool and an unbeatable sense of privacy. The service was exceptional, with staff operating at the highest level of professionalism. Totally worth the price. The feeling of being on top of a giant rock is indescribable – truly unique! The room was brand new, and we learned the hotel only opened three months ago. You definitely won’t regret staying here!

What did I like? Everything! The house is so so so beautiful and the staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon request, the host even provided a cooking class for us, which was amazing. Best stay during our whole Sri Lanka trip!

Rosyth Estate is a wonderful little hotel in the middle of nowhere. The team was extremely welcoming and did go above and beyond, even though we only stayed there for one night. Special kudos to the best chicken curry we had ever!

Incredible place, one of the nicest we stayed in Sri Lanka and it was just meant to be a stopover. Very comfortable room. Great common area and pool. River was really nice to swim in too. The best was the warm welcome from Lakshan and getting to chat with him. He is a great host and very good cook too! Would definitely recommend staying and eating there. Food was very reasonable prices and very good quality .

Really a great hotel with a great view of the elephants bathing right in front of the hotel, the staff at dinner was very accommodating and extremely nice. Also a big thank you to Thilina who always responded immediately and i mean immediately 😊😊👍 to our wishes and organized a really outstanding driver from the airport and tour guide for us, thank you so much Thilina🤗. And now I come to our driver and guide Kavee he is really brilliant and we went on an excursion to sigiriya with him today which was really amazing, the best thing is, that we can also go on an excursion with him tomorrow even though we are no longer at the hotel but are now in kandy. So if you are at the hotel, book excursions with Kavee, he embodies hospitality in Sri Lanka, thank you soo much Kavee for this outstanding Time 💯❤️👍👍👍!!!

When I read the comments before going to the hotel, I saw that the hotel was not very clean, but I think the comments were unfair in this regard. The hotel room and pool were very clean. It is great that the rooms have a balcony. A very beautiful view awaits you in your room. The hotel's pool and garden also have wonderful views. I think it is a good choice to stay in this hotel
