Fantastic! The people working there are so nice and welcoming. Perfect place if you’re flying early in the morning or arriving late at night. Is next to airport and they offer pick up/drop off service! Really really recommend!

It’s a pity we discovered this place only at the end of our trip, as we decided to stay here the night before our departure. Located 15–20 minutes from the airport, this spot is truly delightful. Mr Basil and Mr. Priya on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Caring about how my fought had gone and making sure the check in process was quick and efficient. During my stay Mr. Basil was very conscious and attentive that my stay was good and comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Mr. Basil and was always keen to help done with a smile and a kind word. I have to mention the food, both breakfast and dinner prepared by Mrs. Lathi. Both were of excellent quality and very delicious. I went for Sri Lankan breakfast which was a great choice. Tasty, plentiful and very well prepared. The first nights dinner was some of the best tasting food I have eaten in sometime. Mrs. Lathi’s dhal was out of this world. Thank you. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Top hospitality! Owners and sfat were super nicd with me: I was suppose to leave Sri Lanka and they let me keep the room also in the afternoon (despite check out was at 11 am) Location very closed tk the sea and you can visit market also by walking. Rooms are wonderful, with everythjng you need and also very nice. Breakfast is vedy good (fruit, eggs, toast, tea) Thanks again for the lovely time!

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the airport (but you’d never know). They had a fairly extensive menu considering this is not a big property and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional and we loved our stay of three nights here. They had complimentary afternoon tea and drinks every afternoon which was a fabulous touch, which you took on the veranda. The kids played croquet on the lawn while we’d have a G&T and then return for a board game with us. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

It's a newly built hotel. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was spacious, clean, very quiet and immaculate, bed was huge and so comfortable. Extremely good value. Also, the WIFI was super-fast. 2min walking to the beach. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. 100% recommended.
