We didn't sleep at the cabin because there was a problem with the booking but the host did everything to organise a place to sleep. We had 2 wonderful safaris on a motorbike and Danushka was an amazing guide with a lot knowledge. We could take a look at the cabin and it was a wonderful place with great view and a pond nearby.

Our stay was really perfect. The hotel was one of the cleanest we had in Sri Lanka, the pool is awesome and invites for relaxed hours. The room and its equipment was also impeccable. We spontaneously prolonged our stay for one more night because we just loved it. Tharindu and the rest of the staff were super attentive and fulfilled every wish. The restaurant was also yummy and the prices were reasonable. They even gave us a free bottle of water for the onward journey. The organization of the full day safari was easy and we got to see elephants and leopards with our guide Dinuka. The guide was also very good as he was very experienced (one time he predicted the exact point of a leopard crossing the road). All in all: If we ever come back to Tissimaharama, we will definitely stay there again!

Wow, wow, wow! This hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever been in my life. The room was amazing, the food was excellent, and the stuff were really friendly and nice. Vassa the owner is kind, and doing a great job running this place. I want also to mention Upul, one of the stuff members, he was so friendly and kind, and helped us with everything we needed. He really got in to our hearts.

The accomodation itself was simple and clean with a nice balcony and a view to the ricefields. It gives you the feeling of being close to nature in a rural araa. The owner was very welcoming and the safari she has organized for us was also a big experience. I liked the driver as he was not rushing as many others but instead actively watching for animals in the national park to show them to us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nehansa Resort and Safari in Tissamaharama, just 30 minutes away from Yala National Park. The staff's warmth and dedication made our stay exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and ensured we had a memorable experience. The resort's serene ambiance, spacious rooms, and beautiful garden provided comfort and relaxation. The on-site restaurant served delicious Sri Lankan cuisine. This resort offers outstanding value for money, given its quality and proximity to Yala National Park. Conveniently located near the park entrance, it made our early morning safaris effortless. Meeting the owner, Mr. Anura, was a delightful experience. His genuine kindness and passion for the resort and wildlife added a personal touch to our stay. Nehansa Resort and Safari is a must-visit for Yala National Park adventurers. The hotel is located only 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre, but very quiet place, view to the rice fields from the terrace. Very friendly people, I felt like a family member. They organised everything for me, very good safari, private transport, good advice to visit around Tissamaharama. I recommend to everybody.

We had the best stay at Tranquil Sanctuary Yala. The room was lovely and clean. The views were amazing. The best part for us was the hosts, they were so kind and helpful. They arranged the Safari for us, made lovely meals, and sorted anything else we needed help with during our stay.
