Really lovely room, staff were incredibly helpful and lots of attention paid to kids. Staff went out of their way to get us a table for dinner on NYE, dinner at Shang Palace was fantastic.

Clean, modern and extremely spacious rooms. We arrived at 1 AM and the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. The property is so quiet despite being next to a road. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back! Many thanks to Bagya and Madhu for their hospitality.

Everything is maintained to the highest standard, creating an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. Sheraton Colombo is a true gem in the heart of the city. If I should come back to Colombo, I would stay here again in any case. The hotel shines with its cleanliness and is very professionally run. The room has everything and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel here. The closeness to the beach is brilliant. You can reach the ocean in just 2 minutes walking distance and have a beautiful beach for walking and swimming. On the other hand, you are not just in a touristic part of the city and have various local shopping facilities and restaurants right on your doorstep. The location is very quiet and the singing of the birds makes you feel like you're not in the big capital. The internet is very fast and working the whole time. The breakfast was very delicious.

I have travelled to Colombo more than 50 times for various purposes. I always had the issue of getting cold due to changes in the environment, and so on. But this is the first time I didn't have this issue. I think mainly due to the cleanliness of the rooms. Based on the review, I was looking for a clean place to stay. The location is highly convenient. Walking distance from supermarkets, Nolimit and also Fashion Bug. Which made it very easy for me. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Super attentive and friendly manager and staff! Comfortable beds, big room and bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and they care about your diet needs. I stayed here after arriving to Sri Lanka to settle in and I can just recommend it.
