If you would like to enjoy the great landscape, but want to avoid the overcrowded Ella, then go to Demodara and stay at the fantastic Greenline Homestay. The host just took care of everything. He picked me up from the station, organized me a driver and gave me loads of useful information. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The value for money you get is just simply amazing. Also try the great food offered by the host, you won’t regret it.

The views!!!!! They are simply breathtaking, especially from the room and the pool area. The food was delicious and well presented. The breakfast in particular was really generous. The employees are so polite and they are doing everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The availability of tuktuks onsite at a reasonable price.

The host was very nice! He could arrange everything that we wanted. Really clean and nice big room. Very tasy and big breakfast, if you would like to come to Elle I really recommend just staying here. You can even rent a scooter 🛵 with good price.

LOVED the view! So peaceful and quiet. Shann was the perfect host, friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious also, just be sure to order nice and early as it takes a while due to being cooked with love. We loved the fun and relaxed vibe, the music, the pool and the Sri Lankan game Carrom.

Amazing host , room and location! Host was very nice, he prepared for us a great breakfast. We were so full we didn't feel the need to have lunch after. The room is very clean and has a lot of charm . The bathroom is spacious and clean. We slept really well since the location is very peaceful but still on a walking distance to all best nightlife. AC and insect repellent were a great plus. Best value for many ! Exceeded our expectation and we will definitely come back again!
