Very good location with easy access to all the amenities, breakfast was very nice and delicious we really enjoyed it, it is a family run business, all were very kind and very supportive, service is value for money paid, I would like to recommend this property without any hesitation, we had very nice stay in Hotel Varsha.

The host was great and the breakfast fantastic. The location is really amazing just next to the lake and you can hear and see a lot of birds. It was warm water and the facility is pretty new. Comfortable bad 👍🏻

Food was good and we requested an early breakfast which was arranged on time. Room was nicely arranged. This is very close to Ritigala archaeological site. Service was excellent. Managed by a family and they make sure to help and support in anyway possible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner and was prepared on time and served to the room. The breakfast was excellent. Matheesa was our point of contact and he responded our requests quickly and properly. The room was very cofortable and parking was easy. Pool is nice and very fond of all the trees that grow in the property. There is a lot shade and hope they keep the property same as now.

A very ascetic and natural place. wild garden, simple but very tasty cuisine, meals served in natural dishes. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. the staff tried very hard to please us, especially to our fussy children who don't like to eat everything. because there were not many guests in the facility, we were provided with a larger and more comfortable room for the price of a smaller one. it was very nice. I wish we had used the whole Ayurveda package, I am sure it would have been a wonderful experience. a stay in such conditions is a real rest for the mind

Great brand new hotel with spacious rooms and a nice pool to cool down after climbing up the rocks. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, they gave us advice on where to eat/drink and arranged transportation at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is excellent, you cannot eat it all. We were served fruits and freshly squeezed fruit juice, then omelette and next pancakes/local specialty halaba. Also, if you go up the road leading to the hotel you’ll see the fields and a nice lake, perfect location when you’d like to get a break from the tourist crowds

I absolutely loved this place and I highly recommend it! The rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom has some real hot shower. The swimming pool is very nice to enjoy after a hike. The place is surrounded by nature and quiet, and at a walking distance from the best restaurant (Kenoli) and from the best spa (Serendip), and also at 20 min walk from the entrance of the fortress of Sigirya. You can get free bottled water anytime. The place is safe as there is always someone at the entrance. The owners are also very kind, this place is full of good energies and very peaceful.
