We had a very good experience during our one-night stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, accommodating all our needs, especially with food. All the staff members were helpful and attentive. There is also a bakery next to the hotel that sells delicious cakes — definitely worth a visit! I would like to especially mention a few individuals who made our stay even more pleasant: Manager: Mr. Tharanga Receptionists: Miss Neluni and Miss Sachini Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Nine Skies is the definition of boutique luxury. It is a small hotel with only 5 rooms and the service we received from all the staff was truly so personable this really felt like a home away from home. The design of the whole hotel is beautiful with a wonderful living room, with a cosy fire in the evenings, and our suite room was beautiful with a terrace. The pool has an amazing view over the tea plantation. All the meals we had were delicious. Our host was very friendly and helpful, organising day trips for us and setting up our own table with lots of candles for dinner by the pool one evening, and also set up our own private breakfast at a look out point which were both lovely experiences. This hotel is brilliant if you want a very quiet, secluded spot in the Hill Country with excellent service and food. It is an expensive hotel but it is worth the money.

Great place to stay! Quality, cleanliness, functionality, beautiful view, good location and great customer service! Highly recommended!!! Along the terrace there is a cozy pool to cool down yourself after hot time. Owner giving his best energies here.

The staff at Boo Kirinda (especially the manager & the helper) went above and beyond to make sure me and my partners stay was excellent. We had a very early morning bus to catch out of Badulla and the Manager and the chef woke up early to pack us breakfast and see us out. They also helped with booking a tuk tuk driver who was excellent (helped us find the correct bus). While the facilities were clean and the view of the river and the train passing was lovely, the highlight was the staff.

This is such a wonderful place to stay on the Pekoe Trail! The host is lovely and made us feel very at home. Rooms are spacious and super clean, with amazing showers and very comfortable beds. We loved sitting outside watching the trains pull into the station. We had both dinner and breakfast here and both were fantastic.

Crystal Water Inn is set in Bibile and offers a terrace and barbecue facilities. The property features river and garden views.

The accommodation is wonderful, from its wild setting to the extremely welcoming hosts and the activities they offered (like swimming in a local, non-touristy mountain river and visiting the 'mini World's End'). I can only speak in superlatives. This is by far the best value for money I have ever come across. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"
