It’s a Really nice place and very pleasant human being Specially the Property Owner (Sujani) I have not met her in person but over the phone she did a fantastic job, and there are another 2 persons Ramzan And his Wife. With a warm welcome They welcomed us they are super friendly. The property is super clean and tidy. Overall our stay I felt like staying in our own home it’s a play you get more than you pay. 😍 1 The place was clean and tidy 2 the kitchen was equipped you have gas cooker heater jug , refrigerator , toaster 3. there are 2 rooms in the apartment one with Air conditioning and other room with a fan the air condition work well 4. the living room and bed rooms are really simple I love it with nice wall paintings 5 the wifi connection work really well 6 and it’s easy to access many areas just you have to book a Uber This just what I felt 1st stepping in to the building, you may disappointing when you see the surroundings but don’t judge it by the cover .

Wonderful rooftop pool with infinity border, where I had a lovely sunset view. The dinner buffet (and the breaksfast as well) were something to note and to enjoy. One of the supervisors was very kind in organizing our airport transfer to the next morning as well as in guiding for a taxi in which I has drove to visit the Colombo's tower

We loved everything at Sheraton. The room was beautifully decorated to welcome us for our honeymoon. Thanks to the Front Office Manager and whole team. You made our stay memorable:-) The food was excellent. The spa beautiful decorated with professional therapist. Thanks to the young lady who took care of me. We enjoyed the roof top with great music and delicious cocktail. We are planning every year to renew our vows.

The premises overall is very clean & neatly presented. Our room was always clean, comfortable and maintained well, nice bathrooms, fresh bedding, plenty of towels. Staff were always accommodating, lovely, friendly, polite, always looking after anything we needed. The Food was tasty and always fresh. I highly recommend the Banana Fritters for dessert. A special mention goes out to the staff members who organised a dinner for 9 people very quickly for us with very short notice. Amazing job! If you want a view from your window make sure you take note & book this. Some room windows are completely blocked out, which we actually didn’t mind.

We’re so glad we found Vivid Colombo. It’s on a quiet side street but only a minute from a lively road full of restaurants, shops, and plenty of vegetarian options. The sea, bookshops, and the bus stop to Galle Face are all an easy walk away, perfect location. The property feels like a cozy home, with a small garden where you can relax with tea/coffee or a book. Do note that you need to take the stairs to reach the rooms. Inside, you’ll find all the essential: TV, AC, fan, kettle, mirror, clean towels, soap, and a hair dryer. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. What really stands out is the people. The staff are polite and kind, and the owner is exceptionally helpful. When extreme weather forced us to extend our stay, he kept the same rate and even upgraded us to a newly furnished room. His priority is clearly the guests’ comfort. Overall, Vivid Colombo felt warm, quiet, and welcoming. We’re very happy we found it and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!
