My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay! If you're looking for a place to relax and be completely pampered, I can’t recommend this resort enough.

Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.

Lovely stay in the 'country-side' in this beautiful piece of paradise. It is about 20mins to the airport and 20mins to the beach area, otherwise there is not much outside the resort but if you want a quiet place to relax this place is perfect. It is set in amongst lots of vegetation, ponds and free roaming animals including rabbits, chooks and turkeys! The individual bungalow was very clean and spacious and the bathroom superb. The a/c worked well it was so quiet apart from the odd plane flying overhead! The restaurant serves lovely dinners and breakfast was nice too. Staff were great and airport transfers a big bonus! Thank you!!

Perfect stay in Negombo. Location was fantastic, right in front of the lagoon and close to the airport (30min by car). Very quiet and relaxing common area with the swimming pool, lounge chairs and cozy garden. They have a kayak you can use for free to go around the lagoon and laundry service for good price. The room was super clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. It's only 3 rooms and it feels very intimate.

Charming property in a quiet location, but only minutes away from all the attractions. The gardens are beautiful and the swimming pool is perfect for cooling off, just a few steps from the room. The rooms are great with a separate shower room off the en-suite walk in wardrobe room. Constant AC made the room even more comfortable. The staff were all incredibly accommodating nothing really was too much trouble, this really is a must visit hotel!! We had a night flight and were allowed to keep the room all day, super accommodating!

Mr Basil and Mr. Priya on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Caring about how my fought had gone and making sure the check in process was quick and efficient. During my stay Mr. Basil was very conscious and attentive that my stay was good and comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Mr. Basil and was always keen to help done with a smile and a kind word. I have to mention the food, both breakfast and dinner prepared by Mrs. Lathi. Both were of excellent quality and very delicious. I went for Sri Lankan breakfast which was a great choice. Tasty, plentiful and very well prepared. The first nights dinner was some of the best tasting food I have eaten in sometime. Mrs. Lathi’s dhal was out of this world. Thank you. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

    Perfect one/two nights on arrival take a tuktuk tour its worth it and last night before you leave. Negombo is 30 mins to the main SRI Lankan Airport, much close than Colombo. Also all hotels have UK plug sockets which is useful

    Its one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka.

    Its one of my favourite places in Sri Lanka. The food places like Prego, Toro pub, Bamboo Kitchen with Shisha, Rodeo are some of the amazing places. The Browns Beach and the people are amazing and loving. Infact Poruthota road has a SPA CEYLON boutique you can use it for mssage rituals from Luxury Ayurveda. Beautiful coastal lines, fsh markets, churches etc. A must visit.

    Most of the hotels and places to stay are on/near the...

    Most of the hotels and places to stay are on/near the tourist strip. The city centre is a tuk tuk drive away which is full of local people not many tourists. We did a tuk tuk town tour which was fun and nice to see the sights. We did the boat cruise at muthalajewela marsh lands and negomboo lagoon which was great for seeing birds and animals. We did a cooking class which was a great authentic experience. We walked along the beach which was pleasant but the rubbish is ashame, think the rubbish everywhere is a problem which isn't seen back home. The restaurants have western food and few sri lankan options. We found a food stall at night near the dolphin roundabout which did roti...yum chocolate and banana ones they also sold other sri lankan food. Owner was very welcoming. Not sure how price was charged,think probably tourist price and local price but still cheaper than proper restaurant. Overall great way to introduce the family to Sri Lanka...think a lot of people end there trip here. We bought a dialog sim at the airport so we could use apps for transport...pickme app like uber but sri lankan version and better. Also use uber. Tuk tuks aplenty here. The apps are good so you can put in where you want to go and where to be picked up from. Also sim good for what's app as most people use what's app. There are a number of ATM's some charge to use them..commercial bank was free. There is a larger supermarket down one end of the strip, there are a number of little convience store along the road if one doesn't have what you want another will :) By the time we left we had seen all the tourist things to see and do.

    Negombo Beach is a tourist resort strip. Negombo old town, and markets are worth a visit. Express bus from bus station to Colombo 50 mins instead of 2 hrs . 20 mins from Airport , good for a day or 2.

    wow, we really loved it here! it’s brand new and stylish. rooms are big and the beds are sooo incredible comfy, the best we have slept in Sri Lanka! also very nice to have a fully equipped kitchen to use :) the garden is also awesome to wind down and relax, the beach is only 100m walk away, yay! the area has lots of nice shops and restaurants too! thank you so much for making our last days in Sri Lanka so wonderful and driving us in the middle of the night safely to the airport! highly recommend staying here! all the best!

    Very nice place close to the beach! 🏖️ Great value for money. There’s a lovely cozy pool at the hotel, perfect for a quick dip and relaxing after a long day. The rooms are super comfy with balconies — great spot to chill and enjoy the breeze. Breakfast was really good, with both Sri Lankan and Western options — had a bit of everything before heading out. Beach is just a 5-minute walk, and there are some really good restaurants nearby too. Definitely enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back! 😊

    Comfortable big bed with two types of pillows. Well working air conditioning (which we later found out is not a given in all hotels here). Great pool on the roof with sea view. Outdoor shower in front of the hotel so you can wash your feet from the sand from the beach. Pretty good food in the restaurant (but at a high price). As in all the hotels in Sri Lanka where we stayed - the staff was very nice and helpful. Almost no insects in the room.

    This was one of best hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. Great room, clean and furnished, great pool, very good breakfast (many options) and staff. Also private driver that can pick you up and drop you at the airport free of charge is very convenient. I very much recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Negombo.
