Amazing location as the property was in beach front, with a little gate giving access to the beach. Due to being low season we are the only guest but the quality of the stay was not impacted, and the host was amazing. Swimming pool is modern and it was clear even if it was just for us. The room was clean , spacious and air conditioning was powerful. We recommend the local breakfast with sea view. Lunch and dinner was not possible during our stay but host recommended us 'Priya Moon Cafe and Seafood Restaurant' located 500m away and it was so good we came back during the second night.

Location was great. There was easy go everywhere, nice beach 100m way from. Owner and othet stuff was great and owner son (I quess so?) Offer tuktuk drives where ever you want, and cheaper than other local drivers. Room was big, clean and there was also comfortable balcony!

Incredible location, had all of the facilities for a comfortable stay, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach made for a peaceful and tranquil location. The hosts were amazing - so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. Very generous breakfast; best we have had in Sri Lanka.

Very warm and calm atmosphere, very nice staff that makes everything for you, a nice room and generous breakfast. The pool in the lovely garden is a perfect place for relaxation. Also enjoyed watching the wild monkeys surrounding the garden.

It's an ideal place for a peaceful rest, that's why we came here and we weren't disappointed. It's almost like having your own oceanfront. If you like local food and seafood, you won't be disappointed in the restaurant either. The staff did an excellent job. A special thanks for the breakfast time that is not bound by time.

Wow, it's an incredibly beautiful room, with a great bathroom with a shower, and the bed is so comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and at night you can hear the sound of the sea right outside the door. It was simply wonderful.
