Recommend this hotel strongly - it is a quiet, cozy place with a unique local atmosphere. Personnel was proffesional and friendly, as we arrived late in the evening they arranged for us a delivery from a near by shop, which was lovely. The room was very clean, with a nice and calming view - as we were the only guests that day, we were offered a free room upgrade.

Everything! Beautiful, big grounds. Superb swimming pool. Delicious food Excellent staff - best we experienced in Sri Lanka. Very tasteful décor throughout the hotel. The whole place was spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer here.

The stay at Kirindi Paddy Isle was truly wonderful. The place is set on a quiet paddy island surrounded by beautiful greenery and nature all around. It felt so peaceful, just what we needed to relax and rest before our departure. The location is great, its only about 10 minutes from the airport, yet it feels like a world away from the noise. The food was so flavorful, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. The rooms and villa were spotless and very comfortable. The super friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable (eg when my daughter hurt herself they produced a toy elephant for her to keep, or making different dishes of food because had never tried them). Added to this the very relaxed vibe of the place made it the perfect place to end our holiday.
