Absolutely charming boutique hotel, ideal for a family or a couple vacation! It’s located on a private beach with soft waves, so we could swim easily with my small kid. The pool is stunning. The food and cocktails are lovely! Special thanks to Zander, the owner, for his personal attention to all guests and control and care of all details during our stay. And Loki dog is our big love. Very clean rooms. Spacious and the beds are very comfortable. They are very friendly and they provided very tasty breakfast. Srilankan and western both options are available. Prices are very reasonable. Beautiful beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Great place to stay when you visit Tangalle.

Resort is on great location, its so peacefull and nice. Rooms are very tidy, comfortable and super clean. Pool is great also, we spend hours there chillin' out. They have great restorant, food is amazing, we had dinner there 3 times and we loved all food there. Apsolutelly perfect. Personell is the highlight here, those people are amazing! Very profesional, on service all time, ready and capeable to help with any wish or desire. We felt like we are one big family. This is one of top 2 hotels where I been in my life traver experience. Thanks a lot, you are amazing!

Staff is really attentive and helpful. This makes for a really stress free vacation as we did not have to worry about a thing. Food was delicious and always prepared fresh. Beach was as epic as it gets, long and wide sandy strip. Pool was well taken care of and loungers were plenty to be found in shade and in sun. Rooms, although simple, were comfortable and cleaned daily. Location is good, quiet and relaxing.

I recently stayed at Igabara Hobbit House Rakawa, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is truly special — surrounded by nature, filled with greenery, and designed with a lot of creativity and care. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are warm and friendly the beach is terrific and we swam in the ocean numerous times ( you need to be confident in the ocean ). The staff are exceptional and their different personalities shine through. This should always be encouraged, staff are people and should be treated with respect and staff here seemed to be at ease which we personally liked. Next to the staff we really rate the food. The coconut cake was heaven on a plate ..... order it if you see it on the menu. The owner allowed us to be part of his birthday celebrations ..... how nice of him & his wife. Lovely lovely people. We would happily return. Final word is to the troop of pets. They seem well looked after and that warmed us to this establishment straight away !!!

A very nice guesthouse in a perfec and very quiet location. A little out of town, but only 1 minute walk to Goyambokka beach. Room was very comfortable with a nice balcony. Lots of hot water in the shower. A lovely pool as well. The food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.
