This was an absolute oasis and one of the biggest highlights of our Sri Lanka trip. Flawless service throughout from Ragu, Pugal and the whole team. Unforgettable accommodation and experience. The tour of the surrounding tea fields was brilliant. Cannot recommend more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The location was great, everything was spotless, and the hot water worked perfectly. Everyone was incredibly friendly—they even welcomed us with a cup of tea, which was exactly what we needed at that moment. We arranged a train station pick-up/drop-off and a Nuwara Eliya tour through them, and everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Chandi, who went above and beyond to find us train tickets. He was extremely helpful and also very flexible, tailoring the tour according to our preferences. They also recommended a restaurant that turned out to be an excellent choice in terms of both food and atmosphere. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and genuinely cared about our comfort. For example, when we mentioned we were cold and asked for two cups of hot water, they brought us two cups and a 1.5L bottle of hot water — such a thoughtful gesture. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The Cabin style room was bright, spacious and clean and had a balcony which was lovely during the rain. The staff was extreamly helpful to all our requests and even organised a birthday cake for our son!

Old style clean and with luxury taste hotel. Location is amazing for good rest - 5 minutes drive from city, but so calm and relaxing at night! Absolutely diamond in that hostel is restaurant - foods were amazing, great choise of wines and nice bar area with live music after dinner.
