Had a great experience at the Leopard Inn Wilpattu. Prathap is a great manager and was really attentive. He adds to the atmosphere of the exceptional view of the Leopard Inn. Would recommend to anyone for a calm, serene and quiet stay with nature.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taru Villas Villu Wilpattu, and I must say that the hospitality provided by the team was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as relaxing and memorable as possible. The team’s attention to our needs, combined with their warm and friendly nature, truly made our time at Taru Villas unforgettable. The accommodation was not only beautiful and serene but also impeccably maintained, reflecting the high standards of Taru Villas. The place exceeded our expectations as a place, very remote and beautiful. We wish we had stayed longer as can really feel and hear the nature around hearing the elephants. Take beautiful walks and it’s just great. They helped booked a safari for us which was amazing however make sure you arrive in plenty of time as we were late due to the last mile of the road towards the hotel and keep 2000 rupees for the Tuktuk if going on safari. A tip if driving, don’t follow Google maps directly the locals take the second turning when driving to the hotel on the dirt road, which looks longer but is way better. Or contact the hotel before you arrive. Has fridge, kettle coffee etc and mosquito net over all windows which is great. The free cold filtered water was a nice touch. Nice to see glass bottles also being used as normally plastic in Sri Lanka. The food was also great

Beautiful place, close to the entrance of Wilpattu National Park. You are surrounded by nature and birds. The accommodation is new and spotless! Very good beds and the host is super friendly! Highly recommend this place!

You enter paradise. Everything was perfekt. The rooms are nice, the people are absolutely friendly, helpful, thoughtful and top when it comes to organizing anything. Very reliable. The food is amazing as is tea and coffee. The place is so tranquil and beautiful. The place to stay!

Wild wadi is the place if your up for a wild get away. Surrounded by the beauty of wildlife and nature wild wadi has alot to offer. At our stay we were able to travel all the way to thambapanni via safari and breakfast in the jungle. Towards the evening kayaking in the lagoons and later endless boat rides over the lagoon followed by delicious seafood bbq for dinner. My family was able to relax and have an awesome time at our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to visit again.

In short, Just Epic in every aspect. The location and the environment is beautiful, calm and clean. There is so much to walk and explore. The villas are surrounded by nature, they are spacious, clean and very accommodating. The food is extremely good. Most importantly, the hospitality is off the charts. Overall the experience was exceptional. I recommend this place to any locals or foreigners who are looking to explore the Puttalam & Kalpitiya area. Would definitely visit this place again.
