Wow! you will quickly realize that Sri Lanka has a lot of fake reviews on google - and it's hard to ever trust something that has perfect 5 star reviews - but in this case the 5 stars are well deserved. The breakfast that is served is fantastic - easily the best breakfast we have had during our two weeks in Sri Lanka. The room is fantastic - a large room with a comfy bed, warm shower, and a great view of the rock. Lala's communication via whats app is quick and very helpful. He arranged a taxi to him at a fair fair rate. He also took us in his tuk tuk to Lion Rock for a fair rate. We requested dinner one night and for just $8USD each we were served a curry feast! Laundry service is also provided, along with a minifridge of beverages available for purchase. Definitely stay here!

Great brand new hotel with spacious rooms and a nice pool to cool down after climbing up the rocks. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, they gave us advice on where to eat/drink and arranged transportation at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is excellent, you cannot eat it all. We were served fruits and freshly squeezed fruit juice, then omelette and next pancakes/local specialty halaba. Also, if you go up the road leading to the hotel you’ll see the fields and a nice lake, perfect location when you’d like to get a break from the tourist crowds

Everything was great. The host is friendly and very helpful! The place is clean and the location is excellent, middle of the jungle, 5 minutes walk from lions rock. We arrived in the middle of the night and the property owner was so helpful and nice and waited for us. They made us Sri Lanka breakfast and coffee in the morning :) The rooms are simple and clean, the AC works, the pool is clean. You can hear many birds in the morning and it’s a full jungle experience. We had a late flight and the check out was late which was also no problem!

The hotel was amazing - super clean, new and had a great swimming pool. The manager, Bernard, was very helpful and friendly. He recommended places to visit and arranged all the transport for us. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This is by far the best place you can stay in Sigiriya! The cottage is amazing: huge rooms with everything you need. Amazing shower and lovely view of the garden. We love this place. The rooms are very big and nicely prepared. The stuff is amazing, almost nothing is a problem. The kitchen is very delicious so we have breakfast/lunch/dinner here. Definitely worth it. They also arrange for us the trip to safari and to Sigiriya rock. The Sigiriya place is a little bit overcrowded, but still it's a nice tour. I appreciate the pool in the garden and the hight trees here (they cooling the place so you can be by the pool anytime of the day. Its 10 out of 10 place.
