Loved how everything was clean, especially rooms which are cleaned twice a day. Amazing staff by the pool, moment they see you looking around confused somebody comes. Food and drinks are amazing as well and honestly not that expensive if you disregard price of your stay. Had amazing surprise where they made us cake for my wifes birthday free of charge

The service was good. The staffs were very friendly. They provided us early checkin and late checkout as we requested. We had our lunch in the hotel restaurant.The food was really tasty. It's beach front hotel and has a nice view from hotel.

I stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent choice! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It had two large double beds, which were perfect for a restful stay. The mattress was amazing – incredibly comfortable and supportive, one of the best I've slept on in a hotel. The modern décor and overall cleanliness made the atmosphere feel fresh and inviting. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped with high-quality toiletries and a spacious shower. Everything felt well thought out and carefully maintained. I was really impressed by the level of cleanliness, comfort, and service. The hotel is also in a great location — quiet, but close to everything you might need. Wonderful Stay at Trinco Star Hotel – Amazing Hospitality! We had a lovely stay at Trinco Star Hotel in Trincomalee. The highlight of our experience was the incredible hospitality of the owner, Mr. Shafeek. He is truly a kind and generous person who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We also booked a dolphin/whale watching and snorkeling package through him. Initially, we mentioned that we weren’t fully satisfied with the experience — but instead of ignoring it, Mr. Shafeek kindly offered us another chance for free, just to ensure we left happy. That kind of service and care is rare and truly appreciated. Thanks to him, we had a memorable time in Trincomalee. We are very grateful for his support and warm hospitality, and we highly recommend Trinco Star Hotel to anyone visiting the area. ☺️

We were so happily surprised with this hotel. Saji, the owner, were such an amazing guy, and the hotel was extremely clean, the AC was outstanding, and everything felt top notch at a very budget price. We will definitely come back.
