I had the most wonderful stay at this family beach villa in Sri Lanka. The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, and the host made me feel truly at home. Once you arrive, you never want to leave! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Located right next to the beach, both the main bedroom and the living room offer stunning ocean views, and each opens onto its own balcony. The modern-chic interior design perfectly complements the seaside panorama. Although the building isn’t in a bustling area, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. It feels wonderfully private without being isolated. Delivery services like PickMe and Uber Eats work seamlessly (We’ve linked our Wise card to directly shop in LKR with a better rate), and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The rooftop’s generous infinity pool is my personal retreat. I could spend hours gazing out at the sea. From up there, you can even glimpse the Port City skyline, including the Lotus Tower. The gym is well-appointed, and the rooftop dining area is ideal for meals or evening drinks. Our host, Sandaru, was an absolute delight. We needed to adjust our booking and check‑out times multiple times, and he handled every request with patience and responsiveness. Truly an amazing host. The building’s 24/7 security team is friendly and professional, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire property clean, including the beach - spotless! We had absolutely no complaints. This place surpasses any hotel in terms of privacy, value, and flexibility. It provided everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we totally totally recommend it 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

Loved the peacefulness of the place. It’s really well maintained and clean. Located just in front of the beach You can see a beautiful sunset, have a nice Long Beach walks and have a good rest before or after flight. We booked the whole hotel, all 4 rooms. So we had a lot of privacy and the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is large and incredibly clean. The owner Damith (Dani) is very friendly and Pobudu cooks very tasty and delicious food. We ate breakfasts and late lunches in the accommodation. The location suited us, as we have visited Sri Lanka 3 times in the past... The sea/ocean is not suitable for swimming but that's okay, there is a large swimming pool.

It was good for 1 night stay as we arrived early hours in the morning. The family room was huge with plenty of space for 4 (with one being on the sofa bed with the mattress on the floor). The hotel is a bit dated but clean & quiet. The staff were very friendly. We seem to be the only guests and the manager was kind enough to let us checkout late. He also arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We didn't use the pool or any other facilities.

The pool was clean and it was really close to the ocean. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the service was good. However, when I tried to contact the hotel to inform them that I was running late, there was no response from the staff. It would be rather inconvenient if there was an emergency and you wanted to get in touch with the hotel.

The hotel was convenient to get to the airport and Colombo. Great view of the ocean and the city skyline from the roof terrace. Pubudu was excellent. He was fantastic at helping us store our bags, arranging transport to the airport and generally was great at his job. Nothing was a problem for him and he had such a positive attitude.
