The accommodation has only been open since June and is in a beautiful, quiet location. It is right next to a lake where you can go canoeing or pedal boating. You can also take a canoe out through the lagoon to the Mangrove Forest and see the breathtaking natural surroundings. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. Food is available at the hotel at any time of day. The pool is very clean. The rooms are very clean and air-conditioned. All in all, a wonderful place to relax.

The hotel is stunning, it feels very luxurious for a reasonable price for european standards. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the manager Shyakthi. We ended up staying 2 more nights. The biggest highlight was the private beach, we were there alone most of the time and the sea is perfect for swimming. The beach is equipped with sun beds and a shower. The hotel offers 4 course dinner for 7000 rupees per person and ayurvedic massage for 35 dollars. It is the perfect place if you want to relax in a beach resort.

Nice and very modern rooms. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Don't let yourself be fooled by the picture of the garage door. It's not a garage at all but a proper hotel 😅

Room very spacy (bungalow) with a view on the swimming pool. Staff very friendly, espacially with our children. Very good restaurant (lunch, dinner and amazing breakfast). Good location not far from the beach and pigeon island. You can also walk 10 min to see the crocodiles on the lake!

The location is great close to the 2 main beaches. The staff is super nice and helpful. They also cooked us a great dinner and accommodated our request for an early check out and breakfast so we could catch our bus. We only stayed one night, but can easily recommend staying here longer.

From all the hotels in the area this was by far the most chilled one, really nice holiday vibe, lots of hang out space and no loud music :) so if you are looking for a place to relax in a calming and rather silent area, Mithra is the right place for you! Though we were here in September so we don’t know about high season :) The staff was really helpful with everything, thank you so much again! Special thanks to Pragash, who managed our stay just perfectly!
