amazing place. the place is perfect for a getaway to the nature. the place is in the middle of nowhere and that makes it amazing. both private sauna and private jacuzzi make it even better. the only thing to notice is that there is no electricity (which also kind of makes it special)

Great hotel with really amazing breakfast and perfect location (just 1 min walk to Aquapark and main walking street). the staff is especially welcome and helped to solve our logistics issues. Also helps to arrange all you need for the rest (aquapark access, bike rent, etc...). We were travelling with a dog and the place is perfect for that. Really recommended!

Location was ideal as it was ten minutes walk from the main area, where we went on the ski lift to the slopes/ the water park etc. Plus a few minutes drive from the large supermarkets on the edge of town. Great restaurants in walking distance. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was absolutely incredible with the best selection I have ever seen, from pancakes to yogurt, to sausages to pastries, but also nuts and seeds, caviar on eggs etc. The staff were lovely and were able to wash clothes that were covered in mud from when we had to change a spare tyre in the rain.

Everything was simply amazing the rooms were beautiful and bright. We stayed in the Lux Flores rooms, and it was definitely worth it. We even received a few complimentary treatments for a birthday, which was such a pleasant surprise. Everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the breakfast we received exceptional service that we truly didn’t expect, and we were absolutely delighted. The food was incredibly delicious, everything fresh, and the staff were extremely kind you don’t encounter such hospitality everywhere. Since we have something to compare it to, we can honestly say that the staff here are just as friendly as in Druskininkai Aquapark, so we had absolutely no complaints which will definitely make us come back again. The price to quality ratio is 200% worth it! As for the spa and sauna area I have no words, I haven’t found anything better anywhere in Europe. The sauna experience is simply wow. Overall, our stay was full of great impressions, with plenty of activities we didn’t even manage to see everything in the park itself. In short, I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be coming back again!
