The hotel was ideal for me. Small but satisfactory car park; reception was friendly both on arrival and leaving. The breakfast was basic; but the best thing was the lovely manners of the chap serving the breakfast. He is a gentleman and a credit to the hotel don't lose him. Lovely comfortable beds, and lovely bathroom with massive shower head that's easy to operate.

Before we checked into the INNSIDE we have just spent more than a week in the Netherland and Belgium and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and friendly atmosphere in this new hotel. The staff are super friendly. The room is very clean and furnished in a simple but effective style, we felt very relaxed and comfortable in it. The free minibar is also a very nice touch. The breakfast really exceeded our expectation esp. how well the staff served quite a high number of customers. The location is bit out of the way but with the free bus service we had no trouble at all to get around wherever we wanted to go. This was the last stop of our holiday and undoubtedly the best!!!

This hotel was a really good choice, comfortable, clean and the staff was really helpful and kind. There were many small and nice details (free water in the fridge, small water boiler with coffee in the room, really nice shower) that made our stay more enjoyable. The location is really good (3 min walking from the train station and 15 min walking from the historical centre). The wi-fi is good and stable, we could work from the room without any problem.

Great hotel for one night.

Great hotel for one night. Outside, it's a bit unkempt with limited parking. The room is very warm; if you open the window, you can hear the traffic. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We had a delicious meal at the Factory Grill.

A good starting point for exploring the capital, the Moselle region, and France. A car/motorcycle is necessary, as everything is quite far away and the hotel offers nothing (except for a bad Italian restaurant).

You need your own vehicle or public transport to get to the city center. It's about 10 minutes from the center of Luxembourg. I haven't visited Livange; I think it's just a residential area. Very peaceful environment.

Very easy to access and convenient for exploring in all...

Very easy to access and convenient for exploring in all directions. Not a romantic spot, admittedly, but functional. The proximity to the motorway is a plus, while the rooms are well soundproofed. Very close to the Kockelsheuer ice rink.

Staying here often and it does what it says on the package. I find the staff attitude and welcoming standard good for this type of hotel, usually way above average. Location is good for car travellers. Public transport is not really to be considered to get to office or commercial areas in Luxembourg . Some restaurants around the hotel so you can get a decent meal. Breakfast and rooms normal ibis budget standard. Rooms are clean, some wear and tear but nothing major.

Decent, clean, relatively good value for money, friendly staff and noteably flexible (first hotel not minding me taking my bike in the room). Very convenient wrt to events (such as Schleck Gran Fondo in Mondorf-les-bains ).
